It should be possible for someone to build such connector using the Custom Connector SDK (https://github.com/Microsoft/DataConnectors) and the existing Splunk ODBC driver as mentioned in this thread.

Splunk integration would be beneficial for us to measure KPIs across databases. Tons of web based companies use Splunk.

The Splunk ODBC driver is a bad option (but the best we have right now). Integration to Splunk via API is so simple. It's a total embarrassment that this feature is still not available in PowerBI.
