Defined the name of the report after click the publish button

When I have the multiple users use the powerbi as a script to do some research, they will publish the finial result to PowerBi web for sharing the result.
In this case, if the action of rename the dataset is after publish, they might overwrite other's dataset(Cause they use the same PBIX file).
Is there a possibility that when the user click the publish button, there will pop up a input box for them to enter the name of the report.(default value of the input box is the file name of PBIX file)
