There needs to be a way with the continuous axis to show gaps in data. Currently, we have to use a clustered column chart if we want to achieve this.
It is difficult to tell with the line chart if there is missing data.
In general it would be good if column charts and line charts with categorical axis enabled could show a vertical bar between gaps in the dataset.
