The install guide provided under https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/report-server/install-report-server seems like it needs to be corrected. The section labeled "Configure your report server" instructs that Reporting Services Configuration Manager should be used to setup the PBI Report Server. Report Server Configuration Manager seems to be the tool used to manage the application, while Reporting Services Configuration Manager is used for managing an instance of SSRS. Since we upgraded from SSRS to PBIRS, both tools were still installed on our system, and we unknowingly still had the SSRS service still running. This seems to have caused some issues with functionality as PBIRS would then reference the wrong assemblies when trying to run subscriptions. After stopping SSRS through the Reporting Services Configuration Manager the issues were no longer present. The language in the guide should be updated, as well as the guide for migrating from SSRS to PBIRS.
