Provide access to visuals metadata for full report translations

I managed to automate translation of tabular model using Tabular Editor and Excel since the Power BI team gave read/write access to the XMLA endpoint as a preview feature.

It would be great to have write access to visuals metadata also in order to easily translate visuals titles, tooltips, ...
