Create a filter that allows me to say 'Show the top N categories by value', e.g. 'Top 5 countries by sales'

I want top 10 and remaining all together as 1, so now totally 11 rows . how can i do that.?

You can also solve this with an RANKX Function.
E.G. if you want to identify your Top 10 Customers according to their Turnover just add two measures.
Measure 1) Sum of Turnover = Sum(SalesFacts[Turnover])
Measure 2) Rank = RANKX(ALL(Customer[Customer]),[Sum of Turnover])
After that you just select the Measure Rank and the customers and set filters to
