    Create a filter that allows me to say 'Show the top N categories by value', e.g. 'Top 5 countries by sales'

    Great that you are working on this! I can't wait... :-)

    I also would like the before mentioned idea of the "Other" bucket for the remaining values that are not included in the TOPN results.

    I think this a very important feature for any BI Tool. Hope it is ready by end of this year atleast.

    Any ETA? RANK and TOPN are practically useless, too resource hungry.
