Guages with more then 3 ranges / Guage Conditional Formating

I would like to have more options with gauges to allow for more then three ranges (colors).

Or at least allow us the ability to select the color of a gauge programmatically or by a field in the record set.

In my organization, we use an SSRS Report with gauges to show monthly and yearly progress to specific goals. As a visual key, the gauge is in the red it is a bad number, yellow not so bad, green is good, and blue is outstanding.

I have wanted to move this SSRS to a Power BI Dashboard for a year now, however I am limited by the lack of ability to set colors based on conditions or have a gauge with more then three colors.
