Dashboard tiles - ability to show filter context

As of now, it is not possible to see which filters that were applied to a tile. Without a good title or description the information can be hard to interpret and quite confusing when the chart in the report deviate from the chart in the dashboard.

Ability to show the filter context to a tile we can quickly spot what filters that is applied explicitly.

For example, a line chart with sales per month you would be able to show the following filter context:

Date Dimension[Year] = '2016'
Customer Dimension[Customer Group] = 'A'
Customer Dimension[Sales Region] = 'Team Awesome'

The information could be show by hovering or a button or focus mode.
