Currently in the PBI Service admin portal, under dataflow setting, dataflow storage option, it's either allowing all workspace admins to link dataflow to the designated azure data lake, or none. Would be nice to add flexibility to manage by security groups, similar to many other admin portal items such as "Create workspace". Allowing under-educated users to load their dataflows to the Azure Data Lake may end up with excessive usage/expense.
