Different visualizations for drill down charts

For multi-level drill down visualizations, it would be nice to be able to have different visualization types for each level. For example, the bottom detail level of my report should actually be a table format since it has the lowest level of detail.

Agreed. If I have a line chart with calendar period as the top level of the hierarchy, when I drill into a certain month often times the next level of the hierarchy - for example, "region" - does not make sense to also show as a line chart (bar chart would be more appropriate for categorical items). Right now, my only option is to change from a line to a bar chart, which makes the top level of calendar period less readable (trends over time should be shown as lines).

Would be even better if you could set a default sort along with the new visualization.

I do a lot of HR dashboarding and this could really clean up my reports by making it so that when you click on the the department in a pie chart it drills down to a break down of a similar dimension, but represented in a table or a bar chart. The See data option when you right click is helpful but not intuitive or user friendly, as you have to see a messy pie chart before what you were actually hoping to see.
