"Only use Publish to web with reports and data that the anyone on the Internet (unauthenticated members of the public) should be able to see. This includes detail level data that is aggregated in your reports. "
Can you please state (in the documentation) that the data will only be disclosed at the aggregation level provided by the report (i.e. all row-level data export features are and will remain disabled)?
