Currently external users are not able to access the dashboards/tiles via the links provided in the 'alerts' email. Anyone out side of tenet is directed to their tenet rather than the dashboard that the 'alerts' is coming from. The 'alerts's and subscriptions can be created, but the links provided do not direct them to the correct location, even thought they have to click or navigate to the app link in the first place to install.
