conditional formatting based separate row values or on a calculated measure or column field

I would like to have additional options for conditional formatting in the "Matrix" dashboard.

Currently the option is to have this by either lowest/highest value or a specified number and combinations of those with a minimum, center and maxium value.

I would like to see the ability to add in calculations for a average number per row and then have the formatting based on how far from that average the number is.

The option is to allow for conditional formatting to be based on another value which could be a calculation done by the report builder and plugged in much the same as the filter area when we select "Top N" and have a "By Value" section.
