Include 'In the Previous' among the relative date filtering options.

I have a database of IT helpdesk data. Ticket ID's, date created, user, date resolved etc. When I try and count 'tickets created in previous month'. There is no relative date filter for 'In the Previous'. When I use a formula to try counting the tickets by date created using the 'Ticket_created_date' field. The formula won't work because I have duplicate dates in the 'Ticket_date_created' field. I will find a work-around. But how nice it would be to just go to the relative date filter and choose 'In the previous month' 'year' etc. Thanks for reading. I am quite new to PowerBI, which I think is amazing by the way !
