Relative Date Slicer - Older Than

I'm a little surprised I couldn't find this explicitly suggested already. When using a relative date slicer, there is no way to say "records older than X YYYYs". For example, I have a report for looking at Active Directory records. The relative date slicer is great for filtering down to only the fresh records ("Last 2 Months"), but there is no way to find the really stale records ("Older Than 2 Years")

Please add the ability to do Older Than in the relative date slicer!
