It would be great if there was an option on published to web report's tiles for exporting to excel.

It's been 3 years, and the same request has been made under differently titled Ideas. Hello Power BI team, Please understand the importance of this request and give this priority. I've seen many requests with fewer votes than this and under pipeline of developments. We are looking for your reply. Please. Reply.

I thought of this to be a default function and was disappointed in Power BI to know that it's not there. This is, of course, a mandatory option to provide, If power BI team wants to provide an option to publish to the web. The end-user will always need that data to use at some other place either for their own reports or for other purposes. My organization was excited to use Power BI, now, after this lacking of the feature, we are considering alternatives.

This is stupid from Microsoft. Why would they force to protect our data? We know the data that we are trying to share if it needs to be protected. We should be given an option to switch it on or off

it is necessary so that the published reports are not very flat, allowing the sharing of information.

Not understandable why this would not be possible in the first place. Makes the publish to web almost useless for us!
