send custom url in the alert

I'd like to be able to access the custom URL of a tile when I receive an 'alerts' in Flow.

Currently, the Tile URL sent with a count tile sends the user to a focus screen of just that number. Seems fairly useless.

I've set the custom URL for my count tiles to go to other tiles in focus that have more useful data. (eg Count A's custom URL goes to Filtered Table A's focus view. Count B goes to Filtered Table B, etc). I'd like to be able to access that URL when I receive my 'alerts' in Flow.
