More granular security PBI Report Server

We need more granular security in PBI Report Server. Currently we can define a Publisher etc and someone who can (create, edit and delete) folders but we need to be able to only allow deleting of entire folders or items to very specific users. Theres no option to split these out as theyre grouped together.

Also when the security is applied to a folder such as "Finance Reports\Custom Reports" for Publisher the security should only be applied to the CHILDREN of that folder, not the folder itself. The parent security should define what a user can do with that folder. We can to allow Publishers to create other folders and items UNDER Custom Reports, But not have the ability to Delete the whole custom reports folder.
