Personal bookmarks cannot be shared. To facilitate collaboration, we need to be able to share a personal bookmark with others in the organization. This way, others can see exactly what I need to share quickly.

Yes this feature is pivotal to our business, to ensure as well people are engaging with the data in power BI, rather than manually having to recreate the same view themselves

You can share your bookmarked/filtered report via the report comments! Why isn't anyone from Microsoft telling us this to answer this question??? When user clicks on the comment, it opens the report as you had it when you posted the comment. https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/blog/announcing-report-commenting-for-power-bi-service-and-mobile/

This is a huge usability gap that makes our rollout of reports seem a bit clunky/awkward. Would save a whole lot of time if bookmarks for an area/audience could be created once and then shared with others to consume. Even being able to share a report link that opened the filtered report would save time so that the receiver could then just create the bookmark.

'+1 we often get asked for this from our users. Sharing a personal bookmark would be a huge help for our customers.
