    Ability to add invited guest users to Row Level Security to users prior to invitation redemption

    Currently, we are unable to add guest/ B2B invited users to RLS unless they have redeemed their invitation. This causes a poor user experience as user have have to sign into PBI first, inform us they have signed in and then we need to assign them to RLS. We need to be able to add invited users into RLS prior to invitation redemption.
