conditional formatting of Color of the gauge to change on the basis of value

example

1-5 =green
6-20 = yellow
>20 = Red

It surprising to me that this isn't a standard function. There should be an option to color the gauge. Makes the visual useless in my opinion.

The thresholds should be able to be set based on measures in the data and not hard coded in the gauge controls, so that goals can be set in the database that may change and the conditional formatting would change based on the goals changing.

Conditional formatting relative to the target would be great.
I would like the option to have a red color if the value is below the target and green when it's above the target. Also the ability to choose high is better or low is better so that the colors will be the other way around.
