Power BI now supports Q&A with RLS (Row Level Security) datasets. But this does not appear to support embedded Q&A as when you try to obtain a token while supplying the effective identity for a dataset you get the following error: "Creating embed token with effective identity for reasources of type Dataset Embedding/Exploration is not supported"
