Create an upload tool in Power BI Service to efficiently connect many Rights to many Roles

First of all, I am a very satisfied Power BI user. This is an idea for further improvement.
Second, this idea is applicable to all situations where you can NOT create Roles on the datasource itself, hence you create Roles in PBI Desktop):

Imagine you have a dataset in PowerBI Desktop with 50 Roles (like 50 countries). When you upload this file to PBI Service you need to connect Roles to Rights one-by-one. Often you need to assign multiple people to a single Role. When you're lucky (read: IT has a proper Azure AD), you just need to assign one-by-one the 50 Rights to the 50 Roles. You can/should do this more efficently/better managed:

Idea: create some kind of tool in Power BI Service where you can easily upload a list of people (or Azure AD groups) to the Roles.

Also such a tool should allow you (or Internal Audit) to check from time to time that Roles and Rights are still properly assigned (without using the complicated Audit logs, which are well designed for IT departments).
