add capabilitie to work with generics urls.
righow now only http and https utls are supported.
for instance we have softwares that handles urls as:
pw://server:datasoiurce{documentID)=1111-2222-3333-4444
when users clicks on it, a document is selected in one application.
another common url is this:
file://path_to_file
