    Unify format options for slicer by exposing dropdown in "Format" options

    Each time I add a slicer, I instinctively go into the "Format" section to try to make it a dropdown. Each time, I search for a while, before remembering that instead I have to hover over the slicer's titlebar.

    Please fix this to have some sanity by exposing the "dropdown" toggle in the general formatting options.
