Being able to add comments in your reports and dashboards is great on both entire report and visual level. PBI Apps are filtered based on who has access to the app, if @mention has not been granted access to the app, it would be nice for @mention to just receive a snapshot of the visual or report/dashboard concerned and be able to just comment/reply on that and not necessarily be able to see the entire report/dashboard.
