    It would be great if we could toggle on and off a trend line for line and bar charts

    Seems Microsoft added linear trend lines and closed this idea out. I've added a new idea request for advanced trend lines. Please go vote/comment for it here:

    I would really like trend line options other than linear. Exponential or polynomial would be fantastic!

    Please Add Trendlines! Exponential, Rolling average etc. Just like excel.

    I wouldn't call this idea as completed. I updated to May 2016 version and still no ability to add trend lines on line and bar charts. This idea (ticket) should be reopened

    Please add the ability to generate a trend line to stacked column charts.

    Please add trend-lines to Clustered Bar Chart. You could make it a toggle between different trend-lines (average, etc)

    I love the new feature to show trend lines. Thanks!

    Could we also have the option of displaying the R2 value? Or the equation. Even if the equation couldn't be displayed on the report, it would be nice to be able to see what it is.
