Improve Power BI Desktop MSI Installer to Advise that the Version is Already Installed

The second hotfix (15.0.1103.232) for the May-2020 Power BI Report Server update has an issue with the Desktop msi.

As usual there is no helpful documentation supplied with the installers.

The PBIDesktop_x64 msi 'Repair' option fails with the error message "The specified account already exists"

One has to uninstall and then re-install the DeskTop

Looking into the issue it seems that the Desktop msi supplied under the second hotfix is the same version as the one supplied under the first hotfix. It would help if the installer gave the message "Already installed" rather than "The specified account already exists".

The lack of this type of information provided with the second hotfix wastes our time while we work out what is wrong.
