Subscribe to notifications on behalf of other users

I've created a report, pinned a tile of that report to my dashboard and subscribed myself to notifications when that value exceeds a given value. I would like the ability to subscribe other Power BI users to also get those notifications (without having to have those individual users login to Power BI and subscribe to those notifications.) Is it possible to setup 1) Ability to opt other users into notifications or 2) Notifications that go to everyone in a group if the group owner has setup a notification in that group dashboard?
