When multiple people work on a report, dashboard or app, it is currently not possible to understand if they have just refreshed the data (in which case another user can re-refresh) or if they have made structural changes that are at risk of being overwritten by another user when that user publishes. At the minimum for a dataset there should be an indication when it was refreshed (and by who), and when it was structurally changed (and by who)
