To apply RLS changes to a Dashboard one has to rebuild the Dashboard: i.e., the Dashboard doesn't take the latest RLS settings but only the once 'at creation' of the dashboard pile.
This causes rework as everytime you want to add users to a RLS/Security group you need to rebuild the end Dashboard.
It would make sense if the Dashboard Piles always take the latest RLS security settings
