Be able to share custom measures on Analysis Service Connection via the Power BI Service Live Connection

We have an SSAS tabular model and we have users hungry for new measures. It would be great to be able to create a central "CustomMeasures" PBIX that report users have access to in order to create their own custom measures to prevent proliferation of measures and maintain consistency. Reports that need these custom measures can point to the Power BI Service datasets to get access. Currently measures added on SSAS Tabular are not available through the Power BI Service connector. This means that over time we can use these definitions to bring the measures into the Cube proper.
