Transfer data from a dataset to an external application automatically

We load the data into Power BI and transform it. On top it, the reports are being built and published to a Power BI service. The external applications want the data out of Power BI datasets in service to be transferred to them on a daily basis automatically. May be achieving through data transfer to a server location or external applications can make a API call to read the data from Power BI datasets.

Subscribing paginated reports to emails would not work, as the external applications cannot read out of emails automatically in our organization as per our security guidelines.
