"Usage Metrics" for any report can be saved as a separate report in the same workspace but cannot be included in the App. App only users don't have access to these Usage Metrics Reports. Enabling this feature will allow teams to publish Usage Metrics of critical reports to larger audience who can view the reports through App. (Free users or non Pro users).
