In editing mode of Arc GIS, there should be provision for placing the PIN anywhere (Pick and drop) alongwith adding address for placing the PIn.
Logic behind the idea: As we are in the phase of visuals, hence we should also make inputing data in form of visuals rather than typing or adding definitive values.
