Add pictures to dashboards without an URL: We use Dashboards as shortcuts to different reports (we do not pin from reports as it makes no sense/is irrelevant). However you cannot insert a picture without an URL (and the pictures then has to the published on the web, which is no good). Why on earth can you not add a picture (from your desktop/OneDrive etc.) - you can add text...
P.S. I realize Theres is a work-around by publishing a report with pictures and then pin them, but then all users can se a pointless report.
