When I'm refreshing somebody else's Power BI Desktop file, I have to approve the running of each query and security settings of each file one at a time, as each data source is loaded. The problem is that I'm not prompted until the data is loaded, meaning that refreshing a file for the first time is very slow and interrupted constantly with additional dialog boxes - I can't just refresh it and come back later when it's done, I have to babysit it.
Solution - any necessary security prompts or approvals should happen when I press refresh, without waiting. Once I've approved all security dialogs, then the refresh can continue uninterrupted and without additional prompting that stops the refresh in its tracks.
