I created an Excel workbook with an XML feed from A.W.rd.A.Day: http://wordsmith.org/awad/rss1.xml. I created a table in PV; text in the description of the word is cut off. I upload to PBI and create a tile. Text in the tile is also cut off. Not cool!

In the May release of Power BI Desktop, we launched the preview of the new table visual. Both the new table and new matrix visuals have support for word wrap in cells. We definitely need this for our project so we can better use space in the report page and also allow display of commentary in relation to key measures.

It would be really helpful if you add this feature ASAP. It is very critical for reporting.

Are we all feeling like we are beating a drum that is not being heard by MSFT or at least prioritized with any sense of critical urgency, the urgency they desperately need to have to solve this critical issue? Amanda, what is the status? Thank you...4 Enterprise deals, fortune 100 companies, are on the shelf based on no word wrap - do we focus on this or not?

I agree with all the comments below. Each month we eagerly await the Power BI release notes. Each month, no word wrap implementation but instead some implementation of minor features that won't significantly influence business user adoption. The product is difficult to sell in this state.
