I know that we can now click on the menu of a visual and choose to export data. But what about exporting a screenshot of the visual to clipboard?
I suggest adding the option "copy visual to clipboard" right next to the option to export data from the visual. Here is a screenshot of what I mean: http://postimg.org/image/b2vkq15q9/
Also, perhaps allow users to copy the visual to clipboard by hitting CTRL-C?
My users are in dire need of this functionality because they often copy and paste charts into Word documents and PowerPoint presentations, and not all of them are savvy enough with MS Paint and screenshot capture tools (e.g. Snagit, snip tool, etc).

I also get this request constantly and I feel not having it drives people away from using the report. They just recreate similar things in Excel so they can easily copy & paste.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
This would be a really useful addition to allow single power bi visuals to be copied into word/ppt.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
For embracing powerbi within our organisation it would really help if it is made possible to copy visualisations to a management report in WORD.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
We would really appreciate this feature.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
This would be a great enhancement.
I often have to send screenshots of Power BI reports to external parties, which I generally do by snipping a picture into a powerpoint slide. It can be cumbersome to make the snipped image neat. The ability to save the entire report to PPT is useful, but it is very slow and if you only want a slide or two, then copying the slide to the clipboard would be a lot quicker and easier.

Using Power BI for the first time and ran into this issue right away. This should be fixed, now always need to use a screen capture software
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
The interesting thing is that this has worked around a year ago...
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
Agree, being able to have the visual transfer to any format mangmt requests for reporting would be very helpful
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
This especially is needful when you're in a transition from a static way of reporting (e.g. using Excel output) into a dynamic way (Power BI). Instead of using Excel graphs I'm adding Power BI visuals to my Power Point slides as with Power BI it is much easier to create them. And the management is not 'ready' yet to receive the dashboards in a Power BI format.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
I agree.
