The most common request from my users is for Power BI to save the filters and settings that a user applies on a report. Currently they need to re-apply everytime they open it.

This can be considered partially done and not Done Done.
We need basic options like saving multiple Views, Save Filters, Visual states (e.g if on a Map View, A user has clicked on a region to drill the data to that region, This should persist)

I agree with other comments. We need the ability to save multiple views like Tableau had. Is this possible in some other way?

I'm very disappointed by the feature. Users should be able to save multiple combinations, like in Tableau.

This feature is at the moment bringing more bad then good. This still does not allow users to save the current state of their filters, it onl allows them to pick up where they were. However, in most cases they dont open it to pick up where they were at , but are just confused that there are already filters in place. Please allow users to save presets of filters
E.g. : user makes preset
Sales check Region X : sets a filter on region A, deselects some countries, and removes all things with property Z.

Except for the hierarchy slicer which this doesn't work for. So I am waiting for this to work with that.

Can this feature be disabled from the service?
For one lot of reports I need to force the user to filter each time. But the report was not made in BI Desktop, it was made purely in Power BI Service. I don't want to have to recreate all the reports just for this reason.

Some PBI Service tenants have already seen this feature activated, our PBI Service tenant has not expressed this feature yet... is this a slow roll, or some other delay? When can we expect this to be fully rolled out?

To use the February persistent filter update, users have to have write access, correct?
