It would be nice if there is an option to have a scheduled export of a report to PDF. A nice to have feature would be to directly e-mail it to people so they are being notified of the latest report.

Another update on this item - users now have the ability to set up scheduled subscriptions with paginated reports and 6 different formats, along with parameters per subscription to allow further personalization. There is also now the ability to create paginated reports against any Power BI dataset in the service, and we're planning to add drillthrough from Power BI to Paginated Reports in the short term. We still have plans to support e-mail attachments for Power BI reports as well in the coming months, and we'll share more specifics once we get closer to starting that work.

Hi Chris, Any update by when ability to print/export the entire table of data to PDF or other format will be available?Ability to export to PDF with custom visuals and take print is needed and not having is a shortcoming as a functionality. Hoping the next releases would address this issue.

PDF are pretty useless. i'm voting for the ability to auto export the data/measures to csv or excel so it can be used to create a time series of a measure

Do we have scheduled export of report to PDF for PRO users, Also the Entire table will be printed? This is long wait from last 2 years hope this is going to available soon

Just two add my two cents, this could be huge for us, although I can see there are numerous issues with the implementation, e.g., how it works w/ RLS and Security Groups, whether specific Bookmarked versions of reports can be set up for PDF/email distribution, etc. I think the tables/scrolling issue is a red herring: I would expect we'd have to set up reports so all relevant data appear on the canvass without scrolling - a PDF obviously cannot display records which are not visible on the canvass.

Can we send e-mails with PDF documents to e-mail accounts that are not subscribed to the service? Licensing is tricky for many customers.
