It would be great if you could select multiple columns in the data view e.g. the hide multiple columns from the report view in one operation.

i HAVE 300 COLUMNS WITH SAME FORMAT, i NEED TO MANUALLY DO IT

It is crazy this basic functionality is not available as standard! I just don't understand how/why this is missing.
It is the lack of extremely basic functionality like this that puts people of using Power BI over traditional tools.

Need to add currency symbols to multiple columns & its not possible today whether in powerquery option or on data view option. This is very much needed.

ATM building a R-script to visualize some IoT data from roughly 120 empty columns and 40 full columns. I would love to delete all the columns i donĀ“t need with a simple single option. or hide them.

Multiple select of columns should be a standard feature and it is more irritating when it shifts all the way to the left.

I agree. And the ability to format numbers with comma separators PLEASE!
