I know that we can now click on the menu of a visual and choose to export data. But what about exporting a screenshot of the visual to clipboard?
I suggest adding the option "copy visual to clipboard" right next to the option to export data from the visual. Here is a screenshot of what I mean: http://postimg.org/image/b2vkq15q9/
Also, perhaps allow users to copy the visual to clipboard by hitting CTRL-C?
My users are in dire need of this functionality because they often copy and paste charts into Word documents and PowerPoint presentations, and not all of them are savvy enough with MS Paint and screenshot capture tools (e.g. Snagit, snip tool, etc).

This functionality will be highly appreciated.

Come on Microsoft. This isn't that hard to implement. I now use de cut & paste tool but it would be much easier if I can use CTRL-C or select download image.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
Incredibly basic feature that should be supported! Please roll out.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
this Feature of copy and paste needs to be alowed asap- once u create a report and a visula it needs to be presented - pulishing is not a paractical solution
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
Absolutely necessary to have the ability to copy to windows clipboard and paste in other apps (like PowerPoint). A lot of the PowerBI stuff ends up in another presentation. Windows clipboard not used by a Microsoft product is unacceptable!
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
I cannot switch from tableau to power bi until copy visual to clipboard is a feature.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
I couldn't believe this was not already supported.
RE: copy screenshot of visual to clipboard
Copy, pasting visual to a report or presentation graphic should be a basic feature of any BI tool.
Recommend adding this basic funtion to all versions of Power BI from Desktop on up.

Using screenshot tools to transfer a sophisticated visual in a word / powerpoint report? Seriously Microsoft? How can it be that such a must have functionality is not yet installed? It just stress the point that MS had no vision how to go forward with their tools and what customer they serve
