Being able to intergrade Power BI dashboards and reports into a Power Point deck will allow Power BI leapfrog the competition as a solid differentiation play and also in terms of value to end users.

I'm happy to share that "Export to PowerPoint" is available as a Preview feature, now in powerbi.com. Please add filtering and interactivity to the exported Power Points, or at least the ability to filter then export filtered visuals.

This is still missing from power bi desktop edition.
There are too many differences between desktop and online version.

This feature did not prove useful to me. what I was expecting was an actual integration rather than copy paste screenshot stuff. Something like the devscope plugin would be really help

This feature is worth nothing without being able to save filtered slides. Does preview means completed?

We clearly need an export to PowerPoint from PowerBI desktop. Can't imagine not getting this very quickly. Is it in a roadmap now? If not, better to go back to Excel!

Hi,
I'd just want to know if currently we have the final feature or if it is still WIP.
The reason of my question is that, reading again the idea : https://ideas.powerbi.com/forums/265200-power-bi-ideas/suggestions/6708045-power-point-integration it talks about an interactive dashboard integrated in a powerpoint presentation. Take as example xcelsius dashboard tool.
If my understanding is not correct, I will upload this as new idea, hoping in a lot of votes!
If I think to show some ideas to my boss, or my client..I always try to understand: how much time they have for me? the answer is often : "just some minutes, I'm super super busy".
So, using PowerBI integrate in power point in an interactive way will allow me (and you also) to be more effective, catch attention and be appealing, for sure.
