Now a dataset can store 250 MB of data. That’s not a lot, especially when You want to analyze big data sources. In that case You have to make additional aggregations before putting data to Power Bi. Increasing the limit to 1GB (for example) for a dataset would be very nice, especially that the Power BI Pro gives us 10GB of storage
By the way, Power BI Desktop doesn’t have this limit.

Come on guys ! This limit is ridiculous. this is done in order to force you tu use SSAS with Tabular model on premise.

*********** here have the same issue. Please increase the file size limit - 10GB storage is enough, 250Mb per file is not.

I'm working with a big client that needs about 2GB, and its data keeps increasing daily. It's an urgent matter.

Yes please! I work worth with very large data tables and can't move forward with Power BI in my organization until I'm able to import all of my data!

We're having an issue with a customer for this... the reports are done, but cannot be deployed because of the limit size... Nowadays, 250MB is not enough!

I barely began putting my data together and I'm over 600mb. Please increase the limit over 1gb.
