I tested the "Sync Slicers" new functionality and it's a very good option but it doesn't work with a Custom Visual, for example, Chiclet Slicer. Chiclet Slicer is a Custom Visual visualizations widely used and it will be very important that this new functionality work in it well.

Our platform now supports "Syn Slicers" also for Power BI visuals created by our SDK (custom visuals)! Hierarchy slicer is already supporting it you can start using it, ChickletSlicer will be available within two weeks (July)

Voted as well. Hopefully this gets prioritised. Chiclets should be integrated into Powerbi standard in my opinion.

Really need this for the Attribute slicer too - the brush select feature of this slicer, combined with syncing across pages will make the usage so much easier for our team.

Seeing how this functionality exists in excel you would think there would be some baseline understanding on how to get to the end solution here. Custom visuals are awesome and all but the out of the box visuals should have more functionality across tabs.

this is a must have feature, or maybe make the normal slicer like the chicklet slicer please !!
or even add force selection to normal slicers so we can use it as a bridge between custom slicers and normal ones !!

We are working to fully support sync slicers in the custom visuals platform.
The only supported case (for now) is when custom viz slicer is using one data field. it is a limitation and we are working on it.

I am trying this with the Chicklet slicer and it doesn't show up in the Sync Slicers pane. It is just one data field. I have the latest PBI desktop app from the Windows 10 Store.
