We'd like to be able to run a SQL statement in the Snowflake connector window

A required feature for DTCC users.

Need to run complex queries in snowflake. We are heavily dependant on it in our org. For now we have to primarily use Tableau for it.

Very much needed, most all modern tools have.

For me the snowflake connecter is all but useless without this!

RE: Snowflake connector -> add SQL statement as optional

This is criticallly needed so parameters can be passed to execute the query on the DB tier. Bringing back large tables with billions of rows is not feasible

RE: Snowflake connector -> add SQL statement as optional

I've seen it's possible to achieve this through the ODBC connector, but it would be more convenient to have it in the Snowflake connector
