    We have an saas based electronic billing application used by over 800 companies. We place report data files out on SFTP sites for each client. Is it possible to access data files on SFTP sites from Power BI?

    We need an SFTP
    connector because regular FTP isn't allowed for our DB connections.

    Echoing everybody else, please put in an sftp connector. We have an immediate need for it, to be used in a conversion project that must be finished by 12/31/2018. We did not know that this connector was not already offered in Power BI.

    Please add this connector. We receive all external data via SFTP and being able to connect Power Query and Power Bi directly to the server would be extremely helpful.

    Please Add SFTP connector. All other tools have this option, it would be amazing if Power BI gets it.

    Sftp connector would be great. I hope this is reviewed and comes soon to those of us that could really use it.

    FTP is considered less secure and it is being banned from several companies as a mean of sharing internal information.

    SFTP file / folder connectivity would be great.
