Be able to copy or move reports and dashboards between Group Workspaces, removing the need to re-publish a report and/or rebuild a dashboard.

I've got a work around not sure if it will help.
If you download the desktop version and re-publish (Using the publish button in the top right) the report you can select which dashboard you wish to publish it too.
You could download any report you want to share and then publish it to the group you need?

This is a significant gap in the governance and deployment of PowerBI. While it is feasible to work through a dev/qa/uat/prod sequence with reports, the same is not true of dashboards.

It is really nasty to rebuild a dashboard everytime I publish a report to another workspace. This is I think a low hanging fruit for Microsoft to make users happy.

We have the same story: we would like to create reports on our team which are displayed in multiple dashboards (on different teams/cross-team dashboards) or display data from partners in our dashboards and keep it based on the same underlying report so that the data stays in sync across the org and the report is managed by the owning team.

Could Microsoft comment what was the reason of NOT giving this feature at the moment?
This is an absolute requirement and must be implemented soon.

this is maintenance nightmare for us. We deserately need this feature to make things much easier and more efficient for us.
